BUILT TO ORDER

All of our work is built to order. The benefit of this model is that all projects can be tailor made for your needs. We start every project off with extensive 3D renderings that capture every detail down to the hardware. Our typical design work ups take 1-3 weeks depending of the size of the project. Our shop is usually 1-2 months out on starting new projects but we can typically work with you to get you project moving on the design side quicker than that.

DEPOSIT POLICY

All orders require a 50% deposit before materials can be ordered and the build begins.
Some select projects involving intensive planning, or pricey materials (such as large wood slabs) may require a 70% deposit. The remainder of the balance is due upon delivery.
For large scale projects we will work out a custom draw schedule

INSTALL / DELIVERY

For most of our projects installation is built into the over all price. You can also choose to self install and in most cases local delivery is free.
