As with all our projects, everything began with an in-depth 3D model—capturing every detail before a single piece of steel was cut. This particular build featured two custom steel interior staircases with white oak treads, along with an exterior staircase constructed from folded steel tread plates, designed to support manufactured decking that ties seamlessly into the second-story wraparound deck.

A key highlight of the project was the development of a highly customized railing system, made up of dozens of precision laser-cut components. Our goal was to engineer a modular solution that concealed all welds, maintained a clean and refined aesthetic, and aligned perfectly with the design vision shared by both the builder and the client.
